Obituary

Andrew C. “Andy” Warner, age 41, of Red Lion, passed away Monday, June 29, 2026. Born in York on June 1, 1985, he was the son of William H. “Bill” Warner, Jr. and Kathy A. (Boyer) Warner. Andy was the loving husband of Ashley N. (Houser) Warner; they were married on July 12, 2009, after a chance meeting on a cruise ship.

Andy was a 2004 graduate of Dallastown High School, where he competed on the football and wrestling teams. He was a welder for many years with GEA North America in York before becoming the night shift operations manager for The Restaurant Store in Camp Hill.

Ever since his youth wrestling days, Andy had a lifelong love of the sport. He especially looked forward to weekends at the cabin in the mountains of north central Pennsylvania with his close friends, where they created lasting memories and made the tradition of heading to Rec Hall to cheer on the Nittany Lions. An avid dart player, Andy also enjoyed following the Philadelphia Eagles, Notre Dame football, and Phillies baseball.

Above all else, Andy cherished the beautiful, everyday life he built with his wife, Ashley, and his daughters, Gracynn Elisabeth and Ava Ryann, who were the center of his world. To him, there was no better place to be than at home with his girls. Whether it be family game nights, going to the arcade, riding bikes, grilling food and sitting around the fire, or going for walks together, his greatest joy was simply being present with them.

In addition to his wife, Ashley, and their daughters, Andy will be deeply missed by his parents, William H. “Bill” Warner, Jr. and Kathy A. (Boyer) Warner; his brother, Douglas R. “Doug” Warner and his wife, Robin; his sisters, Rebekah A. “Becky” Krause and her husband, Branden, and Abbey L. Rauhauser and her husband, Colt; his nieces and nephews, Olivia, Will, Colin, Paige, Levi, and Luke; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

A visitation with the family will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 17, 2026, at Living Word Community Church (Doors 1, 2, and 3), 2530 Cape Horn Road, Red Lion, with a memorial service following at 2:00 PM. Following the memorial service, friends and family are invited to a celebration of Andy's life at the North Hopewell-Winterstown Fire Hall, 12244 Winterstown Road, Red Lion. Light fare and refreshments will be available. Arrangements are entrusted to Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. Condolences may be shared at www.wagner-elfner-burg.com.
