Barry L. Urey, Sr., of Red Lion, entered into rest unexpectedly, on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 8:15 pm at his residence at the age of 65. He was the son of the late Harry F., Sr. and Dorothy L. (Kinard) Urey. He was born in York on September 3, 1953. Barry went to the Red Lion High school, graduating in the Class of 1971. He worked in the shipping department at Colony Papers in West York, retiring in 2015. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, video games on his play station, wrestling, bowling, which he played on a league. He was an avid Baltimore Oriole's fan and a Philadelphia Eagle's fan. Barry leaves his two sons, B. Lynn Urey of Felton and Anthony E. Urey and his fiancé, Leslie Kling of Felton. He also has two brothers, Harry F. Urey, Jr. of Red Lion and Michael E. Urey of Hanover and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his brother, Frank W. Urey. There will be no viewing.
