Betty Ann Hatcher, age 87, of Windsor, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Born in Kingsville, MD, she was the daughter of the late M. Edward and Pearl (Cloman) Schroeder. Betty was the loving wife of the late Glenn W. Tomlinson, who preceded her in death on November 18, 2010.

Betty devoted her life to caring for her family as a loving homemaker. She was a faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She also spent many years helping at her daughter Sharie's daycare, where she was affectionately known as "Grandma Betty" by the many children whose lives she touched. In her spare time, Betty found joy in making art, sewing, and crocheting, creating many treasured keepsakes for those she loved.

Betty is survived by her children, Linda Hart, William "Bill" Tomlinson, and Sharon "Sharie" Tomlinson; her son-in-law, Jason Enwright; her grandsons, James Lee McMillan, Jr., and Joshua Michael Kradz; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Logan and Paige. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
