Charles E. Fink, formerly of Windsor, left his earthly life to begin his eternal life in the presence of his Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 7:25 am, from ProMedica Kingston where he was residing at the age of 92. He was the loving husband of the late Hilda "Marie" (Jennings) Fink to whom he was married for 70 years, prior to her passing on January 8, 2021. Charles was born in Red Lion on September 5, 1929 and was the son of the late Paul C. and Delores E. (Reigart) Fink. He graduated from Red Lion High School and was co-owner of the former Strawbridge Alignment and Sales in Red Lion, retiring after many years of service to the community. He then worked part time at NAPA Parts in Columbia for a short time. Mr. Fink enjoyed staying active by working in his garage, and on cars, and tinkering with things around his home. He watched NASCAR, the Old Westerns, he loved going camping and spending time with his family. Charles and Hilda had two daughters, Sharon M. Brenner and her husband Mark of Georgetown, DE, and Brenda L. Poff and her husband Ralph of Dallastown. He was the brother of Evelyn Snyder of Red Lion, Joyce Rawling of Dallastown and Carl Fink and his wife Kathy of Red Lion and Kenneth Fink and his wife Treva of Red Lion. He was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Fink, and a sister, Darlene Craley. Cremation will take place with Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. All services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
