Charlotte M. (Young) Brymesser, of Red Lion, went home to her heavenly Father on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 10:57 PM at her residence at the age of 101. She was the wife of the late Lee E. Brymesser who entered into rest on July 25, 2004. She was the daughter of the late Chauncey and Mary (McGinnis) Young and was a graduate of Red Lion High School, class of 1938. Charlotte was a secretary for the Department of Defense at the Red Lion Post Office where she retired from after many years of service. Charlotte was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, the former Red Lion Chapter #517, as well as the American Legion #543 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family and took pleasure in having her loved ones over to swim in her pool during the summertime. Charlotte was a lifetime member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Red Lion. Charlotte is survived by her two nephews, Gregory K. Shaeffer and wife, Pamela, of Harrisburg and Robin M. Shaeffer and wife, Phyllis, of Red Lion, two nieces, Beverly Alexander and husband, John, of FL and Debra Stevens and husband, John, of SC. Charlotte also leaves behind her sister in law, Joan French of Statesville, NC along with numerous great nieces and nephews. A graveside service of honor and praise for Charlotte will take place on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 1:30PM at Red Lion Cemetery with her pastor, Rev. David D. Tietje, officiating.
