Christopher Joseph Williams, of Lancaster, entered into rest, unexpectedly, on Friday, April 5, 2019, at 10:48 pm at his residence, at the age of 36. He was the companion of Katlyn Rodgers, with whom he resided.
He was born in Baltimore City, Maryland on July 10, 1982 and is the son of Donald L., Jr., and Denise A. (Williams) Hamilton of Red Lion. Chris worked at Lancaster Leaf Tobacco Company of PA, Inc. He enjoyed fishing and hanging out with his many friends, including the love of his life, Katlyn, and spending time with his family.
Besides his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory, a maternal grandfather, Richard Williams of Red Lion, and his paternal grandparents, Donald, Sr. and Brenda Hamilton of Woodstock, Maryland, and an Aunt Donna and Uncle Cliff Koback, of Westminster, Maryland. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Betty Williams who entered into rest on November 23, 2013.
Cremation will take place with Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family at a later date.
Chris was a great young man who was loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by his family and all of his many friends.
Perhaps my time seemed all to brief, don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me, God wanted me now, He set me free.
