Chief Master Sergeant Clair Emerson Kauffman, U.S. Air Force (Retired), age 81, husband of the late Kathie E. (Dumaw) Kauffman, of Red Lion, died peacefully on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Services for Clair will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home, 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, with Pastor Roger Hunter officiating. Interment will follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, with military honors accorded by the York County Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
