Delores "Dee" L. (Poff) Wagner, of York, entered into God's care on Monday, December 7, 2020, at her residence, at 5:00 pm, at the age of 88. She was the wife of the late Richard Ray Wagner, Jr., who entered into rest on June 2, 1992. She was born on February 22, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Warren J. and Mary K. (Ness) Poff. Delores was a graduate of William Penn High School, Class of 1949. She was a life-long member of Zion United Methodist Church in Freysville. Delores loved shopping, travelling and spending time with her family and friends as well as listening to music and watching sports. She was the loving mother to Joni L. Deatherage and her husband Robert of York, and Jan L. Wagner and his wife Kira of York. Delores was the grandmother of Lani M. Deatherage, Nathan R. Wagner, Hayden J. Wagner and Diana L. Wagner. Viewing will be on Monday, December 21st from 10-11 am at Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. A Service of Honor and Praise for Delores will begin at 11 am at the funeral home, with Rev. Forrest S. Bish, retired United Methodist pastor. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
