Diane "Chub" Louise (Frey) Mundis, of Felton, entered into rest on December 24, 2020 at 4:38 PM at Wellspan York Hospital at the age of 74. Diane was the loving wife of Richard E. Mundis of Felton. She was born in York on August 4, 1946 and was the daughter of the late Elwood and Erma P. (Weaver) Frey. Diane was employed at Mastercraft in the spraying department and later retired from Dawn Foods after 9 years of service. She was a Lifetime member of Salem United Methodist Church near Martinsville, where she assisted with the Sunday School and most church events. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and going to the mountains. Her family was always her main priority and always came first, however, she was a very nurturing person and when someone needed assistance or care of any kind, Chub was always there to lend a loving hand. Besides her husband Richard, she leaves her four sons to cherish her memory, Jammy L. Mundis and his wife Trudy of Felton, Danny L. Mundis and his partner Steven Gustin of Harrisburg, Corey L. Mundis of Felton, and Kelby L. Mundis and his wife Alisha of Felton. She was the loving grandmother of Jessey and his fiance' Bri Riddle, Derek, Kelsey, Cody and the great grandmother of Skylynn who was the bright spot of grandma's life. Chub has a brother, Allen Frey (Stella) of Manchester and a sister, Darlene Tyson of Red Lion, a brother-in-law, Alan Mundis (Patty) of Felton, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Winters. The Service of Honor and Praise & interment for Chub will be private and at the convenience of the family. Her pastor Rev. Ann B. Overmiller will officiate. Burial will take place at Salem Community Cemetery. Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion is assisting the family with the arrangements.
