Donna Frances Breslow, 68, died on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Wellspan York Hospital. She was the wife of Barry Steven Breslow, sharing 16 years of marriage.

Donna was born in Baltimore, Maryland on September 11, 1957, daughter of the late Gordon James and Regina Frances (Foley) McNeir.

Donna was a graduate of Dulaney High School in Maryland. She found joy in crafting, decorating, and drawing. Donna loved music, horseback riding, spending time with her beloved dogs, and never missed an opportunity to lovingly tease and pick on her husband, bringing laughter to those around her. Above all, Donna cherished her family and treasured the time she spent with them. She also had an interest in the supernatural and enjoyed ghost hunting, as well as participating in Civil War reenactments in Gettysburg.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Christopher Norris and his wife, Ashley, Jonathan Norris and his wife, Kristin, and Alex Norris; three daughters, Amanda Wetherington and her husband, Brantley, Abby Gibson and her companion, Ryan Kreiger, and Samantha Breslow and her husband, Skylar Hamill; 10 grandchildren and one on the way, Riley, Allison, Eddie, Chelsie, Marley, Ryan, Graham, Quincy, Hazel, and Lance; and her beloved dogs, Rue, Sansa, Tyrion, Arya, and Nymeria. She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Duke Gordon McNeir; and two dogs, Colonel and Riker.
