Edward Goodwin Wilgis, Jr. formerly of Maryland, entered into God's care on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 5:40 am after a lengthy illness, at Manor Care Dallastown at the age of 58. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on July 28, 1960 and was the son of the late Edward G. Wilgis and Betty R. (Jones) Miller. He worked as a handyman in various factories over the years. Ed leaves a son, Christopher Wilgis of Maryland and five grandchildren, along with his two sisters, Karen Curreri and her husband Tony of Palm Coast, Florida and Tammy R. Wilgis, and nieces and nephews. Cremation will take place with Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 Broadway, Red Lion. There will be no services. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family,at a later date. Ed was a wonderful man who had a very big and kind heart. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
