Glen W. Tomlinson York Glen W. Tomlinson was called from this earth to be with our Lord on November18, 2010. He was the husb- and of Betty Ann (Schroder) Tomlinson. He was a truck driver for many years, but most recently he was a greeter at the Walmart in Aberdeen, Maryland which he thoroughly enjoyed. He graduated in 1954 from North Harford School in Pylesvile, Maryland. Glen spent most of his years in Florida, returning north and living in York, PA recently. Born on February 17, 1936, in Maryland, he was the son of the late Glen W. and Ethel A. (Cantler) Tomlinson. In addition to his wife, he leaves 2 daughters-Linda Tom- linson Hart of Perry Hall, MD,and Sharon R. Tomlinson of Belair, Md.; 1 son- William Tomlinson of York; 2 grand- children- Jimmy and Josh and 2 great grandchildren-Logan and Paige; 1 sister-Sara Lee T. Baker of Delta; 2 brothers- K. Dean Tomlinson of Delaware and Joseph Tomlinson of Virginia Beach, VA.; nieces and nephews. Viewing will be on Tuesday November 23rd from 6-7 pm at Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Service will be at 7 pm Tuesday. Rev. Carletta R. Curley, pastor of Slateville Presbyterian Church, officiating.
