Gloria R. (Lusky) Goodwin, of New Cumberland, went to her eternal home on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at the age of 47.

She was born in Broomall, Pennsylvania on September 25, 1976 to the late Russel W. Lusky and Catherine Ann (Miller) Rusk of Parksburg, Pennsylvania. Gloria was employed as a dental lab technician and will be fondly remembered for all her remarkable talents and her zest for life. A gifted crafter, she could transform simple materials into beautiful creations that touched the hearts of those who were lucky enough to receive them. Gloria was very musically talented and had been recently teaching her one nephew how to play the ukulele. She was an avid roller skater with the Harrisburg Area Roller Derby. Most recently, she had been working on converting a bus into a mobile home. She was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.

She leaves her brother, William J. Rusk and wife, Christina of New Cumberland; her sister, Amy Zerbe and husband, Shane of Evergreen, Alabama; her seven nephews; three nieces; her Aunt, Judy Twist of North Cape May, New Jersey; as well as her dog, Nyx; and cat, Callie.

Services and burial are private at the convenience of the family. Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, is assisting the family with arrangements.
