Grace V. (Horn) VanHart, 79, entered into God's care on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at 7:50 pm, at her residence with family by her side. Grace was the loving wife of W. Preston VanHart, to whom she married on December 26, 1955, celebrating 63 years of marriage together Grace was born in York County on June 29, 1939 and was the daughter of the late Clayton J. and Alverta (Emenheiser) Horn. Not only did her family mean the world to her, her grandson Dylan was her utmost pride and joy. She also enjoyed shopping, flowers, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Besides her husband, Grace leaves her three children, Nancy D. Heffner and husband Todd of Felton, Allen P. VanHart of Red Lion, and Linda S. Wise and husband Ray of Red Lion. She also leaves her grandson Dylan R. Wise, her brother Clayton Horn, Jr. of Red Lion, and her sister Lydia Swoards of Wrightsville, along with numerous nieces and nephews. A Viewing will take place at Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, on Thursday, January 17th, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, with a service beginning at 11:00 with Rev. Steven A. Schmuck, officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Alzhemier's Association, 2595 Interstate Dr. Ste. 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110. I wish so much you wouldn't cry, the way you did today, while thinking of the many things we didn't get to say. I know how much you love me, as much as I love you, and each time you think of me, I know you'll miss me too.
