Gregory R. Mundis, of York, went from life to Life Eternal at Wellspan York Hospital on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 2:55pm at the age of 68. Gregory was the son of the late Robert E. and Winifred E. (Graham) Mundis. A graduate of Red Lion High School, class of 1971, Greg worked for WGB Radio, operating the short wave radio communications. He enjoyed sports of all kinds, especially baseball and was an avid Penn State Fan. Greg was a Sunday School teacher at his church, Windsor Church of God, and was very knowledgeable with the Bible, reading it regularly. He was a member of the HAM Radio Club and had friends all over the world. Greg has numerous cousins, but his one cousin, Jay and Barb Mundis of Red Lion, took care of him for many years after his parents had passed away. He He was preceded in death by his sister, Melanie Mundis who entered into rest on October 2, 1987. A viewing for Gregory will be on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 10-11am at Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion and a Service of Honor and Praise will begin at 11am with his Pastor Michael C. Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Springville Cemetery.
