Helen Elizabeth (Herman) Flinchbaugh, of Felton, peacefully passed in her sleep on October 31, 2024, at the age of 77.

She was born in Felton on November 23, 1946, to the late Paul Jerome, Sr. and Grace Doretha (Klinedinst) Herman and was in medical billing with Meadowlands Center. She had a passion for creative expression, finding joy in painting ceramics, where she was able to bring her unique artistic touch to each piece. She cherished her time spent at Rehoboth Beach and was an animal lover at heart but held a special fondness for cats and dogs.

She leaves her sons, Wade A. Flinchbaugh and Shane M. Flinchbaugh, both of Felton, her sisters, Charmaine Shaull and husband, Marlin of Red Lion, Judy Gordon and husband, Timothy of Brogue, and Patty Smith and husband, Brad of Brogue. She leaves her brothers, Paul J. Herman, Jr. and wife, Annette of York Haven, and Alan Herman and wife, Donna of Felton. She leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, is assisting the family with arrangements.
