Jean M. Dubs, of York, went from life to life eternal at her home on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11:40 AM at the age of 84.
Born in Hanover on February 26, 1938, Jean was the daughter of the late Edward K. and Kathryn L. (Britcher) Dubs. Jean was self employed in the food service industry, operating her own company, Touch of Class Catering and was a talented artist who enjoyed painting as well as her adult coloring books. She loved going to the beach, spending time with her grandchildren & great grandchildren, trips to the river and adored her "grandpups". She was an excellent cook and will fondly be remembered as a mother who would do anything and give anything for her children as well as her extremely hard work ethic.
Jean leaves her daughter, Anna L. Kraft and husband, Steven, of Windsor as well as her two sons, George L. Sprenkle and wife, Susan, of Spring Grove and Lance A. Walter and wife, Patricia, of Philadelphia. She was the loving grandmother to Zachary (Jess) and Zebadiah Sprenkle, Tyler and Justin Kraft, Trevor and Graham Walter & Alaina and Wyatt Kraft. She was preceded in death by her brother, John C. Britcher and her sister, Patricia L. Dubs.
Cremation will take place with Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
