Jeffrey Joseph Hewitson, age 66, of Chanceford Township, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, after a hard fight with several cancers.  Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Jeff was the son of the late George and Lois (Payne) Hewitson.

Jeff was a graduate of Midlothian High School.  He was a land surveyor for over 45 years.  Jeff enjoyed going to the mountains, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, gardening, the Hershey Bears and Washington Capitals.

Jeff is survived by his wife Becky, siblings Donna McDonald (Bill), Karen McLaughlin (Johnny), Barry Hewitson (Cindy), numerous loving nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and his dog Buford.

May the four winds blow you safely home Jeffrey.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025, from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion.  A private interment will follow.
