Judith Ann (Fogle) Bowman, of Darlington, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, July 11, 2025, at the age of 84. She was the devoted wife of Dale E. Bowman. The two were married on July 10, 1964, and had recently celebrated 61 years of marriage.

Born on April 2, 1941, in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, Judy was the daughter of the late Roy W. and Leila (Wierman) Fogle. She graduated from Waynesboro High School and worked as a service representative for Prudential Insurance, retiring in 1995. Judy enjoyed gambling, hunting for finds at yard sales, and traveling. She also had a lifelong love for animals and cared deeply for their well-being.

In addition to her husband, Judy is survived by her children, Tim (Cheri), Tammy (Keith), and Amy; her grandchildren, Allisa, Kelsey, and Taylor; and her great-grandchildren, Olivia, Ben, Ava, Maverick, and Brooks. She is also survived by her sister, Cathy (John), and brother, Carl.

Services and burial will be private, held at the family's convenience. Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, is assisting with arrangements on behalf of Harkins Funeral Home, Inc.
