Julie Dee (Butler) Leech, of York, passed from this life to life eternal on Monday, October 3, 2022, at 10:46 am at her residence, at the age of 63. She was the daughter of Priscilla Burkheimer and the late David O. Butler. She was born in York on December 30, 1958. Julie was a homemaker and loved all animals. Besides her mother, she leaves a daughter, Jennifer M. Payne and her husband Kurt of Fawn Grove, PA and two grandchildren, Atlas L., and Saoirse both of Fawn Grove. She was one of five children, leaving her sister, April Cantley of Idaho, and two brothers, David O. Butler, Jr., and Darrin Butler, both of York, along with nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. She also leaves Jennifer's father and stepmother, Tom, and Jane Leech of Red Lion. Cremation will take place with Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
