Donna Catherine "Kathy" Groff, age 67, of Red Lion, passed away peacefully at WellSpan York Hospital on Friday, January 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born in York on July 7, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Donna (Minick) Walker. Kathy was the devoted wife and best friend of Harry P. "Phil" Groff, Jr., sharing a loving and supportive partnership throughout their years together.

Kathy served as the records unit manager for the York County Clerk of Courts, where she was known for her dedication and professionalism. She was a faithful and active member of Chapel Church of Red Lion. In her quiet moments, she enjoyed watching westerns and Hallmark Christmas movies. Above all, Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose greatest joy came from spending time with her family.

In addition to her beloved husband, Kathy is survived by her son, Jamie Groff, and his wife, Jacki; her cherished grandchildren, Jada and Jace Groff, who were truly the light of her life; and her siblings, Wendy Kinard and her husband, Bruce; Wayne Walker and his wife, Laura; and Robert Fockler.

Services for Kathy will be held at a later date.
