Kay L. Norris, of Red Lion, entered into rest at Rest Haven – York on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the age of 80.

Born in Red Lion on Elvis Presley's birthday in 1944 to the late James Alvin and Grace (Alberta) Donecker Norris, Kay was a graduate of Red Lion High School and pursued a career in retail sales, starting with The Hills Department Stores, eventually retiring from Kohl's. Actively involved with her church, Kay spent her time volunteering in the nursery at Springwood Chapel and helped during Sunday School. She also loved working on word searches. Kay had a lifelong passion for collecting Elvis memorabilia, cherishing the history and memories associated with 'The King'.

Kay leaves her sisters, Stella R. Bucher of York, Ann M. Keller of Arlington, Texas, Bonnie L.  Johnson of Red Lion, Sharon L. Wise of Windsor, Carol J. Rebuck and husband, Raymond of Red Lion, as well as her nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Carl and Dean Norris.

A viewing for Kay will take place on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 am with Pastor Ed Ross officiating. Burial will follow in New Harmony Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
