Larry Dennis Sechrist, of Darby, PA, entered into God's eternal care on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at St. Francis Rehabilitation Center, at the age of 80. He was born in Dallastown, on September 15, 1941, and was the son of the late Harold J. and Ferne E. (Gilbert) Sechrist. Larry worked at the York Hospital for many years in the Laundry Department and in patient transport. He was a member of the Drexel Hill United Methodist Church. Larry has two sisters, Darlene Lentz and her husband Barry of Palm Bay, FL., and Pamela J. Leos of Drexel Hill, PA., along with nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Samuel Leos. There will only be a private Graveside Service to Honor and Praise Larry at Mt. Rose Cemetery Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, is assisting the family with the arrangement. Rev. David K. Shultz, pastor of Winterstown United Methodist Church, in Felton, will officiate.
