WRIGHTSVILLE Leroy "Pap" N. Shultz, 78, entered into rest on Saturday, June 11, 2011, at 8:40 p.m. at his residence. He was the husband of Bonnie K. (Lane) Shultz to whom he was married on September 21, 1999, celebrating 12 years together. He was also the husband of the late Audrey (Laughman) Shultz. Pap was born in Lycoming County, on May 26, 1933, and was the son of the late Clarence F. and Rosanna B. (Snyder) Shultz. He worked for Shipley Humble in York County, delivering oil and working on furnaces. He also worked for Zell Brothers driving a truck and tow motors. He was a lifetime member of the Moose Lodge, a member of the NRA, lifetime member to the New York state covered bridge society as well as a member of TBCBOPA. He was a former member of the Street Rods. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors, he will be sadly missed. In addition to his beloved wife Bonnie, he is survived by three sons, Brian Shultz and wife, Sharon of Red Lion, Greg Reinecker and wife, Carla of Red Lion, Michael Reinecker of Windsor; five daughters, Jody Brown of PA, Shelby Knaper and husband, Denny of Wrightsville, Kimberly Moser and husband, Steven of Wrightsville, Brenda Myers and husband, Brian of Red Lion, Linda Leber and companion, Tara Cooper of Red Lion; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Violet Goodwin, Emma Decker, Isabelle Metzger; one brother, Clarence Shultz. Viewings will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, and Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. David D. Tietje, pastor of St. John's United Church of Christ officaiting. Burial will be at Prospect Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be offered to the VNA Hospice, 540 S. George St., P.O.
