Mary M. (Blessing) Kline, of York, died peacefully at WellSpan York Hospital on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 5:47 pm. She was 72 years old. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard L. Kline, who preceded her in death on September 6, 2017.

Born on March 11, 1953, in York, Mary was the daughter of the late Charles H. Jr. and Lois Louise (Kohler) Blessing. Mary was a proud graduate of William Penn High School and dedicated her life to being a homemaker. She had a deep passion for NASCAR and basketball, enjoyed listening to music, and had a talent for drawing and designing exquisite artificial flower arrangements. Above all, Mary was a devoted and loving mother to her son, Michael, who has special needs. She dedicated much of her life to his care, ensuring he always had the love and support he needed.

She leaves her son, Michael Kline of Allentown; her sister-in-law, Joyce Kline, and brother-in-law, Ron Kline, both of Thomasville; her nephew, Zachary Fuhrman; and her treasured friend, Brandon Sheaffer and companion, Laurel Spruill of Mechanicsburg.

A celebration of life for Mary will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 11:00 am at Zion Lutheran Church, 2215 Brandywine Lane, York. Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, is assisting the family with arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made toward Michael's continued care. Donations may be sent to the funeral home and will eventually be placed into a trust for Michael. Please ensure that the memo line of any contributions specifically states: "Trust for Michael."
