With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Lou De Santos, 98, of York, PA. She passed away on June 27. She was born in Elkins, WV, lived in Pasadena, MD for 68 years. and York, PA for six years.

Mary is survived by two daughters, Elena McElfresh, and her husband Larry and Sonia Cousins, and her husband William, four grandchildren - Larry McElfresh, Coy and Mindy McElfresh, Justin Crusse (Julie) and Lanette Dehoff and nine great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by seven siblings and her parents.

Mary drove a school bus for Brooks Transportation for 50 years, Bus 313. She enjoyed driving the school bus and loved seeing the kids. In her free time, she enjoyed taking care of her yard and planting flowers. She also enjoyed having her friends and family over for cookouts and BBQ's.
