Phyllis Marie Miller, age 88, of York, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Autumn House-East. Born in Brogue on April 3, 1937, she was one of six children of the late Grant and Violet (Tome) Enfield. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph L. Miller, who preceded her in death on April 17, 2010.

Phyllis was a loving homemaker who devoted her life to caring for her family. She tenderly cared for her husband following his stroke and lovingly supported her daughter, Deborah, through her disability. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, taking pride in her home, and gathering with her family. A woman of strong faith, she was a longtime member of Aldersgate Church.

Phyllis is survived by her children: Michael Miller and his wife, Diane; Kathy Keesey and her husband, Brett; Todd Miller and his wife, Jean; and Wayne Miller. She is also survived by many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her daughter Deborah M. Miller, she died May 31, 2015.

A celebration of Phyllis' life will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Interment will follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
