Rena M. (Tassinari) Rewa, of Windsor, entered into rest at her home on Saturday evening, March 30, 2024 at the age of 91. She was the wife of the late Walter S. Rewa, Sr. who died on May 21, 2006.

Rena was born in Agawam, Massachusetts on October 5, 1932 to the late Evo Joseph and Josephine Marie (Borghotti) Tassinari. Rena was a nurse and after her retirement, found enjoyment in reading, knitting and spending time sitting outside.

She leaves her daughters, Carla L. Law of Windsor and Paula M. Rewa of Red Lion, and her son, Walter S. Rewa, Jr. of Hanover. She leaves her grandchildren, Troy, Brooke, Annie May, Daniel, Madison, Nikolas, Carla, Ebony, and Travis along with her brother, Michael F. Tassinari. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Rose Nash, Robert Tassinari, Gloria Edwards, and Carolyn LaRochelle.

Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway is assisting the family with arrangements.
