Robert Blouse, 87, entered into rest on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital in Bedford, MA. He was the husband of the late Philene (Bull) Blouse who entered into rest on August 3, 2019. Born in York, PA, the son of the late Luther and Sarah (Taylor) Blouse, he lived there all his life before moving to New Bedford recently to live with his daughter. He was employed as a fork lift operator for Caterpillar Tractor Co., until his retirement. Robert was a barbershop singer and car enthusiast. He most enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his daughter, Stacey Blouse and her spouse, Lisa of New Bedford; and a niece, Jill Lio and her husband, Armando of Harrisburg, PA. Family and friends are invited to extend their condolences on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 10-11 AM at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 45 1st Ave., Red Lion. A Memorial Service of Honor and Praise for Robert will begin at 11 AM with Rev. Timothy A. Funk officiating. Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion is assisting the family with arrangements. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
