Ute M. Flinchbaugh, age 83, of Red Lion, died peacefully at home on Friday, October 2, 2026. She was born May 17, 1943, in Frankfurt, Germany, and immigrated to the United States as a young girl with her mother, the late Else (Nuchter) Orbin.

Ute was the loving wife of 63 years to Ray M. Flinchbaugh. They were married on June 8, 1963. She was a longtime clerk for York County Magisterial District Court 19-3-01 in the Red Lion area. Ute enjoyed playing bingo and taking trips to the casino. She cherished the time spent with her family and the many people whose lives she touched throughout the years.

In addition to her husband, Ute is survived by her daughter, Kelly S. Daugherty (Chris); her stepson, Kerry R. Flinchbaugh (Kandi); her grandson, Braeden M. Daugherty; bonus granddaughter, Brooklyn D. Daugherty; step-grandson, Ryan S. Flinchbaugh; step-granddaughters, Tabitha D. Flinchbaugh and Amber S. Flinchbaugh; her step-great-grandchildren, Willow, Tannon, and Aspen; and numerous other family and friends who will all miss her dearly.
