Frank C. Elliott

Frank C. Elliott, of Dover, entered into rest at SpiriTrust Lutheran – The Village at Sprenkle Drive on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the age of 80. He was the husband of Nancy I. (Hartman) Elliott, to whom he married on June 29, 1963 sharing 60 years together.

Frank was born on in Williamsport on February 23, 1943 to the late Frank S. and Betty June (Page) Elliott. He was employed by the West Shore School District where he worked as a janitor for over 30 years. Frank was a loyal Penn State Fan and also enjoyed watching baseball as well as Mark Martin 6 in Nascar.

Besides his wife, Frank leaves his daughters, Tina L. Bentz of Dover, Lorrieann Gross and husband, Robert of York Haven and Tonia Milliken and husband Joseph of Mt. Holly Springs. He also leaves his grandchildren, Aryon J. Gross of York, Danielle C. Diaz and husband, Jay of Shrewsbury, Michael J. Robertson and wife, Alyx of Dillsburg, Stephanie M. Gross of York Haven, Rebecca J. O’Leary and husband, James of Mt. Wolf and Elizabeth J. Bentz of Dover as well as his ten great grandchildren. Frank will be missed by his brothers, William G Elliott and wife, Debra of York Haven, Thomas L. Elliott and wife, Teresa of Dover and Wayne E. Elliott and wife, Freda of York and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Frank M. Elliott on November 30, 2006 and his sister, Lilymay Elliott on November 22, 2021.

 A viewing for Frank will be on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 10 to 11 am at Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. A funeral service will begin at 11 am with Pastor Joshua Wargo of Chapel Church officiating. Burial will follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be offered in Frank’s memory to Four Diamonds at Penn State Children’s Hospital, 1249 Cocoa Ave., Suite 115, P.O. Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033.
