Harold “Chip” H. Grim, of York, went to his eternal home on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the age of 53. He is now reunited in heaven with his wife, Christine M. (Brady) Grim, who died on February 6, 2023.
Chip was born on November 24, 1970 to Elsie L. (Mundis) Heiss of York and the late Harold J. Grim. He was employed as a salesman with Rexel USA since 2005. Chip loved riding his motorcycle, socializing, and going to live music events at local restaurants & pubs. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family and his beloved beagle, Peanut.
Besides his mother, he leaves his son, Garrett J. Grim of York and fiancé, Victoria Echternach of Lebanon, his daughter, Amber L. Nissley and husband, Justin of Yorkana as well as his two grandchildren, Zander A. Nissley and Nova A. Nissley of Yorkana. He will be missed by his sisters, Tammy M. Sorresso and husband, Philip of York and Kathy S. Unger and husband, Brian of York, along with his numerous nieces and nephews.
A time to visit with friends and family will take place on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will begin at 7:00 pm with Pastor Jim R. Quoss of Freedom Biker Church officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
