Timothy Knaub Obituary

Timothy S. Knaub, of Red Lion, died on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Wellspan York Hospital. He was the husband of Ruth A. (Adams) Knaub to whom he married on December 10, 2012.

Tim was born in York on August 13, 1955 to ther late Paul W. and Cora E. (Garner) Knaub. He was a graduate of the former York Vo-Tech and spent over 25 years working for Harley Davison in various positions such as welding & grounds maintenance. A proud United States Army Veteran, Tim also volunteered his time with the Springettsbury Fire Department and enjoyed serving his community. Tim liked visiting Cape May, NJ and watching the races at Penn National Race Course. He enjoyed spending his time hunting & shooting and was a member of Locust Grove United Church of Christ.

Besides his wife, Tim leaves his daughter, Maria Cruise and husband, Phil of Loganville, his two sons, Corey Knaub of Elizabethtown and Joshua Knaub and wife, Tabitha of York Haven as well as his eight grandchildren. He will be be missed by his only brother, Carl Knaub and wife, Tina of York.

Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion is assisting the family with arrangements.
